HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONWe offer a variety of hotels to choose from - you will be asked to indicate your choice of accommodation while filling in the registration form. The reservation of the chosen hotel room will be confirmed and quaranteed only upon receipt of a one-night deposit. The final reservation date is May 15, 2008. Changes and cancellations of confirmed rooms have to be sent in writing to Symposium Cracoviense, not to the hotel, by May 15, 2008. After this date the deposit will be retained and set off against cancellation fees of the hotel.
