REGISTRATIONRegistration Fees
The registration fees for participants, VOGON/gif members and students include the annual subscription for The Journal of European Real Estate Research. Payment Please note that the participants must pay all bank charges. Please state the name(s) of the participant(s) clearly on all payments adding "ERES" in the title of the bank transfer. We accept the following credit cards: Eurocard/Master Card, Visa Cancellation terms for registration Cancellations must be received, in writing, by the Conference Secreatariat. The registration fee will be refunded if cancellations are received prior to April 15, 2008. All additional costs connected with the bank transfer of the refunded registration fee will be paid by the customer. For cancellations received after April 15, 2008 the registration fees are non-refundable. Reservation and cancellation terms for hotel accommodation Reservation cannot be confirmed without deposit (one night). A deposit should be paid to guarantee hotel accommodation. The final reservation date is May 15, 2008. There is no cancellation fee for cancellation received before May 15, 2008. If cancellation is received after this date, the deposit is not refunded. Cancellation terms for sightseeing tours There is no cancellation fee for cancellation received before June 10, 2008. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. All tours are based on a minimum number of participants. If a tour has to be cancelled due to a low attendance, the tour fee will be refunded in full.
