SYMPOSIUM CRACOVIENSE is a young company in the old Krakow, as it was established in 1998. Our ambitious plans to support the organization of various scientific, social, integrating and educating events on the national and international scale will certainly help us to inscribe our name in the contemporary book of scientific and cultural life in Krakow. We specialize in organizing congresses, conferences, symposia, seminars, business meetings, exhibitions. Although our history is brief, we make use of a wide experience of our shareholders, dynamic and well-known travel agencies Jan-Pol S.A. and Intercrac Ltd. Our team is young in spirit but experienced in what we offer, we are open to new ideas and this is why we work with those who have creative minds. Our intention is to make our institution professional and original. There are things we improve from event to event but we try not to copy the ideas. We want each congress, conference, symposium or seminar we co-organize to be unique and special. We want our Latin name to be identified with an old saying: Expertis credite.
We know what questions to ask to get information we need to plan the event and its budget. Upon acceptance of the budget the most important stage of the preparations starts: how to encourage participants, what kind of services to provide, which hotels to choose, what social programme and accompanying events to offer, to be appropriate for guests.
A professional organizer expects tangible results since conferences are commercial events. Employing a professional conference organizer does not mean giving up your own profits. As we organize such events permanently, we have negotiated good prices with our subcontractors (for renting meeting rooms, accommodation, catering, transportation, etc.). As a result our services are not paid by those who commission congresses.
