I started a closer co-operation with Symposium Cracoviense during the implementation of the programme Tourin III founded by PHARE, which was aimed to establish the National Tourist Organisation in Poland, with myself as the project manager. One of the most important tasks in this project was to train people, the future staff of regional tourist organisations. (...) Symposium Cracoviense fulfilled our expectations and implemented agreed actions, the quality of their work should be highly assessed. Everything was professionally prepared, particular elements of training were carefully introduced and managed. Training participants assessed the quality of training organisation at 5.57 on the scale of 0 to 6. I'd like to emphasise, that Symposium Cracoviense suggested also a very interesting social programme which was appreciated by the participants.

It was a pleasure to work with Syposium Cracoviense and to prepare an international conference on the protection of consumers' rights. The conference was held in Kraków on 28-29 May 1999. The members of Symposium Cracoviense proved that they were true professionalists and good organisers who worked with stimulating enthusiasm.

Please accept my thanks for your assistance in organising the First International Musicology Congress – Context and Ideas, which took place on 18-23 September 2003 in Krakow and proved to be a great success, both academically and organizationally. Symposium Cracoviense showed complete professionalism, as well as a great care and concern to ensure the satisfaction of the Congress Participants. They secured accommodation throughout Krakow, adjusting each room to the required hotel standard. They also provided exhaustive information about the city and the Małopolska region and prepared a very attractive tourist and cultural programme for participants. The Minister of Economy and Labour entrusted the firm Symposjum Cracoviense sp. z. o.o. with the task of handling the international seminar 'Development of Rural Areas - Employment Prospects Outside Agriculture", which took place on 24-25 May 2004 in Kraków. As part of the comprehensive service they provided at the seminar, Symposjum Cracoviense staff prepared stylish training and information materials based on an interesting graphic layout, including invitation cards, ID badges, plates and banners.
The company’s employees also came up with an excellent location for the seminar as well as accommodation. The organization of transport was well thought out and prepared. The company was also involved in the catering side of the seminar, which was greatly appreciated by Ministry staff as well as seminar participants.
All activities were carried out with the appropriate level of care and professionalism and in a prompt and punctual manner. The company’s staff were open to all suggestions and observed the general decisions and wishes of the Ministry of the Economy and Labour.
I can safely recommend Symposjum Cracoviense as a company whose services conform in my opinion to a very high organizational standard.

The successful organization of what was the eleventh Science-Training Symposium, entitled "Advances in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergies", an event which takes place each year in Krakow, depended on a number of factors: the work and contributions of many minds and dozens of hard-working hands, the dedication of the sponsors, a selection of the most interesting scientific problems in the field of alergology and pneumonology, the participation of many eminent specialists, various unique social events, the charms of the city itself, the existing traditions of the symposia, and the hospitable atmosphere produced by the participants of this medical event.
I have entrusted the task of organizing the last four science-training symposia to Symposium Cracoviense and I can state quite confidently that they have managed to fully meet the expectations, demands and wishes of the Scientific-Organizational Committee as they have my own – the Chairman and founder of these gatherings.
The number of participants increases with each year and today stands at more than a thousand. Symposium Cracoviense has coped excellently with the tasks of registering, accommodating, transporting, feeding and entertaining such a large number of people as well as ensuring an effective reception for guests and a professional staff. (...)
In endorsing this letter, I can fully and safely recommend Symposium Cracoviense as an organizer of major Polish and international academic and social events and gatherings.
