Registration fee for student / senior includes: conference badge, access to lectures and posters, book of abstracts, coffee breaks, lunches from September 28 to September 30, Welcome Reception on September 28.

Registration fee for one day participation includes: conference badge, access to lectures and posters, book of abstracts, coffee breaks and lunch.

Registration fee for accompanying person includes: conference badge, Welcome Reception on September 28, Conference  Dinner on September 29, city sightseeing of Krakow on Sept. 28.

Please note that the participants must pay all bank charges. Please state the name(s) of the participant(s) clearly on all payments adding reference "ICOH'09" in the title of the bank transfer.

Cancellation terms for registration

Cancellations must be received, in writing, by the Conference Secreatariat. 50 % of the registration fee will be refunded if cancellations are received prior to August 31, 2009. All additional costs connected with the bank transfer of the refunded registration fee will be paid by the customer. For cancellations received after August 31, 2009 the registration fees are non-refundable.

Reservation and cancellation terms for hotel accommodation

Reservation cannot be confirmed without deposit (one night). A deposit should be paid to guarantee hotel accommodation. The final reservation date is August 31, 2009.
There is no cancellation fee for cancellation received before August 25, 2009. If cancellation is received after this date, the deposit is not refunded.

Cancellation terms for sightseeing tours

There is no cancellation fee for cancellation received before September 10, 2009. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed immediately after conference.
