Conference venue
The Ravens Conference Complex now comprises a variety of accommodation:
- the plenary Ravens Hall, which seats 200 in a "cinema"-style layout;
- two rooms in the cellars seating 30 and 40 respectively;
- one or two seminar rooms on the fourth floor;
- the glassed-in patio above the conference room;
- two foyers - one in front of the conference hall and the other adjacent to the patio;
- a panoramic room on the fifth floor of the rear wing.
We are now in a position to receive some 350 people at once.
The conference room, patio, foyers and entrance hall are fitted with an in-situ sound system controlled from the electroacoustic control room, while the other rooms are wired for sound as and when necessary; we have our own interpreting equipment and discussion system. Adjacent to the conference room is a small, fully equipped office suite. All the rooms are air-conditioned and, with the exception of the cellars and patio, have automatic dimming facility and are fitted with fixed-line and WLAN mobile Internet access. We have the latest in conference and multimedia presentation equipment, and can offer a full range of organisational and technical support.
One of our major advantages is our location on Krakow's Main Square, the most representative point in the city, in the immediate vicinity of a host of restaurants and hotels, and with convenient access from the railway and coach stations and the airport.
