Symposium

We invite you to meet with your friends and colleagues in Europe at the 32^nd UNITAB Congress. This will take place in the "magic" Kraków, Poland, the city of grand history, magnificent architecture, placed on the World's List of Heritage and Culture by the UNESCO. Although it is no more Poland's political centre, Krakow grew into the nation's intellectual and cultural locus, as evidenced by Wawel Castle and Wawel Cathedral where the kings of Poland were traditionally crowned and then entombed, and by the Church on the Rock with a crypt containing the tombs of Polish heroes and poets. Krakow is known for its unique art collections and architectural treasures, i.e. St. Mary's Church with the famous altar by Veit Stoss, Main Market Square with the arcaded Cloth Hall, 186 churches, famous museums such as Collegium Maius or Czartoryski Museum with the fine "Lady with an Ermine". Our meeting will take place in the splendid baroque-style Słowacki Theatre. We strongly believe that the unique atmosphere of the city and the congress venue will inspire you to lively discussion, give rise to new solutions and taking up challenges. We also hope that the meeting will provide an excellent opportunity to merge ideas, views, cultures, and people in the climate of Polish hospitality.
